混凝土攪拌車(chē)的專(zhuān)用機構有哪些?

專(zhuān)用機構主要包括:取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、減速機、液壓系統、攪拌筒、操縱機構、清洗系統等。

取力裝置:國產(chǎn)混凝土攪拌運輸車(chē)采用主車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機取力方式。取力裝置的作用是通過(guò)操縱取力開(kāi)關(guān)將發(fā)動(dòng)機動(dòng)力取出,經(jīng)液壓系統驅動(dòng)攪拌筒,攪抖筒在進(jìn)料和運輸過(guò)程中正向旋轉,以利于進(jìn)料和對混凝土進(jìn)行攪拌,在出料時(shí)反向旋轉,在工作終結后切斷與發(fā)動(dòng)機的動(dòng)力聯(lián)接。
Power take-off device: domestic concrete mixer truck adopts the power take-off mode of main vehicle engine. 減速機:將液壓系統中馬達輸出的轉速減速后,傳給攪拌筒。

操縱機構:
Operating mechanism:
a.控制攪拌筒旋轉方向,使之在進(jìn)料和運輸過(guò)程中正向旋轉,出料時(shí)反向旋轉。
